Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Housekeeping team member at our Ft. Recovery, Ohio facility. No experience is required; training is provided. The role involves laundry duties and facility cleaning, with opportunities to grow within a long‑standing family company.

Starting pay is $15.55 per hour, with a raise to $15.80 after 90 days. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, insurance, and 401(k). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–6:00pm, with flexibility for early shifts.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, sort, and distribute laundry in a timely manner.
• Sweep, mop, dust, wash windows/walls and remove trash.
• Clean restrooms and shower areas which includes filling soap/shampoo dispensers and stocking paper towels/toilet paper.
• Any other necessary cleaning as time allows.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $15.55/hour
• Increase to $15.80/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 12:00pm-6:00pm
  • Must be flexible to cover early shift if needed

What You\'ll Do
