Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED with 0-1 year manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow English instructions accurately. The position emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 0-1 year experience in manufacturing preferred
• Able to safely use small hand and power tools
• Able to read drawings and Bills of Materials
• Basic computer skills
• Able to read instructions and understand English

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
• Position parts by using templates or reading measurements
• Assemble components by checking connections for fit
• Assist in building prototypes or basic projects outside production
• Maintain safe and clean working environment and comply with procedures
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently
• Train others in basic assembly tasks as needed
• Inspect work and ensure it meets requirements before passing to next operation
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms
