G&W Electric is seeking an Assembler I for a 5:00am to 1:30pm shift in Romeoville, IL. You will perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks, read drawings, and use basic tools to build components and prototypes as needed.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, up to one year of manufacturing experience, and good English reading abilities. We value safety, quality, and teamwork in a modern facility.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints and parts lists.
• Position parts using templates or by reading measurements.
• Assemble components and ensure correct fit and connections.
• Assist in prototype building or basic assembly projects as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow procedures.
