Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local customer in Southington, CT to fill an Assembler I position. You will inspect, assemble, and label medical devices and small components in a clean room environment, following work instructions and quality standards.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM, paid at $19.00 per hour with weekly pay and access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy for upskilling; benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan where

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing, assembly, or production experience desirable.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to assemble small parts.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., and work effectively in a team-oriented clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and sort medical devices and small components in a clean room manufacturing environment.
• Perform visual quality inspections using magnification equipment to identify defects and ensure product quality standards.
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished products according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Complete production records, work orders, and documentation accurately while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
