Adecco is seeking Assemblers in Plymouth, MA. This temp-to-perm role offers multiple shifts and a pay range of $17–$25 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Shifts include 1st (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), 2nd (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), and 3rd (11:00 PM–7:30 AM).
You will assemble small parts, perform quality checks, and follow GMP/cleanroom protocols while recording production data. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401K and other voluntary programs.

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am-330pm
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 330pm-12am
3rd shift Monday-Friday 11pm-730am
Pay rate: $17-25 per hour depending on shift/experience.
Build Equipment: Assemble small, precise parts, wires, and subassemblies using hand tools, microscopes, or automated machinery.
Quality Check: Inspect finished work for errors to ensure safety and proper function.
Follow Rules: Follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom gowning protocols.
Keep Records: Write down production numbers, lot history, and test results accurately.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills to handle tiny parts.
Basic Skills: Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Environment: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a sterile cleanroom
$17.00 to $25.00 per hour
