Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is assisting a local customer in Reading, East Granby, CT, to recruit an Assembler. You will assemble and package orders, support production, and learn new skills while joining Adecco’s winning culture on assignment with our customer.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, with weekly pay. The role requires prior manufacturing or packaging experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience.
• Experience with Bills of Material or work orders.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with procedures.
• Deliver completed orders to the shipping department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other production or packaging tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience.
• Experience working with Bills of Material or work orders.
• Hand tools and power tools.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Packing finished materials into dunnage and loading and unloading.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
