Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and training staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend pay increases.
• Participate in interviews and candidate selection with management.
• Support safety compliance and training across the team.
• Make sales calls and participate in weekly customer calls.
• Assist with store operations, scheduling, and payroll functions.
• Monitor gross profit components and KPI dashboard daily.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
