Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for a Store Manager in Training role designed to prepare a manager for future leadership opportunities. You will supervise store operations, sales, and team performance while learning through hands-on experiences across departments.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with bilingual encouraged, completion of the Assistant Manager Certification and related training, and a readiness to develop within a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish language skills beneficial.
• Completion of Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Train new team members assigned to him or her.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews.
• Support store manager by ensuring safety training and compliance.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and discuss opportunities.
