You will help recruit, manage inventory, maintain store conditions, and ensure cash controls while delivering strong customer service and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and procedures.
• Math skills including percentages and basic calculations.
• Knowledge of cash handling and deposit controls.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions and reporting.
• Understanding of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Knowledge of store safety and cash control policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with merchandising and price/signage.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and store operations coverage.
• Handle store opening/closing and cash controls as needed.
• Review operating statements for sales, labor, and inventory trends.
