Qualifications

• Reading diagrams, safety rules, and operating instructions.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.
• Familiarity with IBM cash registers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to established practices.
• Assist in inventory management including audits and damages.
• Follow prescribed ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in handbooks.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure safe deposit of funds and cash control.
