• Assist with merchandising and staging to meet store standards.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and role-model company policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure cash controls and deposits comply with procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
• Support in-store operations in the manager's absence.
• Analyze operating statements for trends and cost-control opportunities.
