Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team.
• Recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining team members with management.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across areas of store operations.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and KPI dashboards.
