O’Reilly Auto Parts in Massachusetts is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist with daily operations, sales, and appearance, while preparing for a future management role at another location.

The program requires completion of Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program; bilingual language skills are encouraged. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Experience or training in O’Reilly management programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge staff with district/store managers.
• Train new team members and oversee safety training.
• Conduct weekly/monthly meetings and communicate updates to team.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and KPI dashboards.
