CVS Health Corporation is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. It combines self-paced training with hands-on experiences over 16 weeks, guided by a District Leader, HR partner, and Store Manager coach.

Participants gain exposure to leadership, merchandising, and store operations while working toward promotion within the CVS market, with a typical weekly 45 hours and full-time benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities
