CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on learning with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

You will develop leadership and operational skills through structured experiences, with opportunities to lead shifts, manage customer care, and execute merchandising strategies.
