Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16‑week, self‑paced, collaborative training includes virtual and hands-on experiences to develop leadership.

You’ll be supported by a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach as you progress toward promotion and market leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Retail management or equivalent preferred or relevant work experience.
• Experience as a CVS Supervisor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support promotion.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market you work in.
• Able to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Able to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
