CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles across CVS stores.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree is preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Experience or CVS Supervisor background preferred for career progression within CVS Health.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership in learning experiences to support progression toward Store Manager.
• Support the store as a management team member and uphold CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in driving CVS’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market the store operates in.
• Transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market as needed.
• Expect a schedule that varies with business needs.
