Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leaders in Key Learning Experiences to support you on your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support store as management team member and lead in a manner that is consistent with CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose to help people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
