Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks with self-paced and collaborative training, including virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will work with your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to develop leadership skills, merchandising strategies, and store operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to become a CVS Store Manager through the SMIT program over 16 weeks.
• Collaborate with your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.
• Lead in a manner aligned with CVS values and support the store team.
