The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to uphold our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for every guest.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise, recruit, and train Teammates, and assume Store Manager duties when needed. You will lead by example, develop team talent, and ensure top-notch guest service, store presentation, and operational standards across sales floors, fitting rooms,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, legendary customer service is preferred.
• Ability to motivate teammates and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of store operations, POS procedures, and merchandising is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and basic store operations including cashiering and displays.
• Support training and development of Teammates and step in as Store Manager in their absence.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate teammates to meet Buckle standards and sales goals.
