CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to prepare for a CVS Store Manager role. The program spans 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on learning and guidance from district leaders and store managers.

You will develop leadership, merchandising, customer service, and inventory skills while aligning with CVS values and policies. A HS diploma or GED is required; a 4-year degree is preferred and retail management experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is desired.
• Willingness to relocate/promote within designated market.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership while acting as a Store Manager in Training.
• Engage with leaders to develop management experiences over 16 weeks.
• Lead in merchandising, customer care, and inventory control.
