Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store leader and team members in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience through store conditions and service.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives in collaboration with teams.
• Identify opportunities in-store, develop solutions, and implement action plans.
• Drive sales with teams to maximize revenue, reduce shrink, and improve department profits.
• Participate in regular store-level financial performance discussions with budgets and goals.
• Analyze competitive landscape and adjust division merchandising and operations plans.
• Provide feedback to leadership on effectiveness of merchandising and programs.
• Assist in staffing, reduce turnover, and improve retention.
• Provide timely performance feedback to team members.
