Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and reading skills.
• Completion of the Division's Leadership Training Program.
• Demonstrated technical and professional skills in related areas.
• 3 years of experience and solid performance as an assistant store leader or higher.
• Must be 21 years old with supervisory responsibilities.
• 3+ years as an assistant store leader and 3+ years of retail experience.
• Financial responsibility including budget preparation and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in merchandising and operation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, develop timely solutions, and create action plans.
• Achieve or exceed sales, revenue and profit budgets and goals.
• Manage labor and supplies daily to meet targets and reduce shrink.
• Discuss financial performance and budgeting with leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws and division policies.
