Kroger is seeking a Store Operations Associate in Indiana to support day-to-day store performance, coaching associates, and delivering the Full, Fresh and Friendly strategy. You will help create excellent shopping experiences through strong service, merchandising, and operational excellence.

As part of the Kroger family, you’ll contribute to budgets, drive sales, and participate in labor and cost management while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail sales management preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist store leader and team in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives.

• Provide feedback on merchandising plans and programs to leadership.
• Assist with staffing, retention, and store operations.
