Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store.
• Develop action plans with the Store Manager to accomplish duties like selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take responsibility for the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departments meet responsibilities and standards.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure high-quality customer service as per the customer service manual.
