Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Consults with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments as needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and memos.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at entrances and during peak periods.
