Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and administrative duties.
• Provide knowledge to customers and staff across departments when needed.
• Promote services and merchandise and ensure excellent customer service.
• Supervise in the Store Manager’s absence and support scheduling and staffing.
• Maintain awareness of inventory, sales and expenses to support profitability.
