Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear or athletic apparel is preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Ability to assist in managing a team and achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Coordinate selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for the Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are completed.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
