Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and day-to-day operations.
• Support in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Cover store duties in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to help maintain profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department tasks and maintain standards.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote merchandise.
