Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, strong communication and teamwork, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced store

Formación

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear and apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Plan and execute selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Owns store responsibilities in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to staff and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department goals and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain quality customer service according to company manuals.
• Support extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
