Crunch Fitness in Los Angeles seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full scope of the director role while personally servicing clients. You will support the department at the assigned club, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and upholding our member experience.

This role builds leadership, business, and operations skills toward a future Director position. You will work under the PT Director, handle onboarding, coaching, and ensure compliance,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or other) required.
• Current CPR and AED certification required.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, and client communication.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
• Model company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
• Personally service qualifying Personal Training sessions and maintain an active client base.
• Deliver professional Personal Training sessions aligned with company standards.
• Conduct CrunchONE Kickoff sessions and convert to Fixed Recurring Personal Training agreements.
• Maintain client retention and enrollment performance against targets.
