Crunch Fitness in California is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to develop leadership capabilities while continuing to personally service Personal Training clients.

The role supports the PT Director at the assigned club location, developing trainers, driving revenue and enrollment, and delivering an exceptional member experience, while building the leadership, business, and operational skills needed to advance to the PT Director role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (NASM or Crunch-approved) is required.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• ClubConnect education requirements must be completed as established by the Company.

Responsabilités

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under the direction of the PT Director.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, providing direction and guidance toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery, program design, client communication, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness within Company timeframes.
• Model Company standards and Core Values on the training floor.
