Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Long Beach is seeking a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full director role while continuing to personally service Personal Training clients.

You will support the development of trainers, drive revenue and enrollment performance, and build the leadership and operational capabilities needed to advance to the Personal Training Director role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required (NASM or other).
• CPR and AED certification current.
• ClubConnect education requirements completed as established by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of Personal Trainers at the assigned location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1 sessions, provide direction and motivation toward goals.
• Coach Personal Trainers on session delivery and program design to meet service standards.
• Complete required leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
