Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to target small and mid-sized businesses across a dedicated territory. You'll meet with owners and decision-makers, presenting supplemental insurance products and services while training is provided.

You'll rely on Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and grow your client portfolio. The role offers a weekly draw, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willing to obtain (training provided, fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers; conduct product presentations.
• Record daily sales activity and report to sales manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
