• Trains and communicates quality standards to team members using the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to the General Manager to maintain a customer-focused, energetic, and collaborative environment.
• Manages sales by delivering prompt, friendly service and training staff to improve average order value and drive local marketing.
• Controls costs by monitoring food, labor, and other expenses within budget using the PROFIT System and associated procedures.
