• Manages sales goals and improves check averages through training and execution.
• Drives local restaurant marketing and builds a positive community presence.
• Controls costs within budget using the PROFIT System and oversees cash management.
• Handles administrative duties and cash management.
• Plans inventory levels to meet sales demand and minimize loss.
• Ensures the restaurant is clean, equipped, and compliant with safety standards.
