Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products meeting standards reflecting customer orders.
• Train and promote quality standards to team members using manuals and handbooks.
• Recommend to GM performance actions regarding team members.
• Maintain teamwork, energy and fun while focusing on customer service.
• Meet sales goals through prompt and friendly service and training.
• Pursue additional sales via local marketing and community presence.
• Manage profit goals and control costs using the PROFIT System.
• Handle admin and cash management duties.
• Plan inventory levels to meet demand and minimize loss.
• Ensure safety, security and proper equipment operation at all times.
