Papa John’s is seeking a Manager Designate to work under the General Manager, ensuring adherence to product and customer service standards. You will lead a team, make quality decisions, and promote accountability, with responsibilities including shift management and enforcing company policies.

The role prepares you to step into a General Manager position, developing leadership competencies, managing operations, and driving sales while maintaining compliance with laws and Papa John’s standards.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer's order.
• Trains and communicates quality standards to team members using the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to General Manager to maintain quality and customer focus; fosters teamwork and accountability.
• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly service and promoting local marketing efforts to boost check averages.
• Controls costs (food, labor, other) within budget using PROFIT System and handles administrative duties.
• Plans inventory levels using the restaurant's computerized system to meet demand and minimize loss; ensures safety and security standards.
