Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provides quality products to customers meeting Papa John’s standards and accurate reflection of orders
• Trains and promotes quality standards to team members using manuals and handbooks
• Makes performance recommendations to the General Manager
• Maintains teamwork, energy and a fun atmosphere on shift
• Manages sales goals with prompt, friendly service and training to improve check averages
• Generates additional sales through local restaurant marketing and community presence
• Controls costs and profitability using the PROFIT System
• Performs administrative and cash management tasks
• Plans inventory levels to meet demand and minimize loss
• Ensures store assets, cleanliness, safety and security
