• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly service and coaching on upsell opportunities.
• Controls costs (food, labor) within budget using PROFIT System and handles cash management duties.
• Plans inventory levels with the restaurant's system to meet demand and maintain safety and security standards.
