Responsibilities

Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order.
Communicates, trains and promotes quality standards to team members using Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
Recommends performance actions regarding team members to the General Manager.
Maintains an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun while ensuring quality and customer focus.
Manages sales goals by delivering prompt service and improving check averages.
Executes local restaurant marketing to drive additional sales and a positive community presence.
Manages costs (food, labor, controllable costs) and uses the PROFIT System to stay within budget.
Performs administrative and cash management duties.
Plans inventory to match sales demand and minimize loss.
Ensures the restaurant is clean, well-equipped and safe.
