Job summary

ALDI USA in Michigan offers a 10-week District Manager Internship providing hands-on exposure to store operations and multi-million dollar business oversight. You’ll shadow district managers and learn through presentations, tours, and training with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and policy adherence.

The program is full-time (40 hours/week) with a $28.00 per hour wage and overtime eligibility, and leads to potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager to learn core store operations and present an operational area report to executives.
• Learn customer satisfaction concepts and participate in customer walks and store tours.
• Assist with administrative tasks including payroll, invoices and interviews.
• Participate in inventory and store resets and assist with grand openings when possible.
• Contribute to improving store conditions and associate performance through teamwork.
