Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship in Central & Northern Florida. This 10-week summer program runs 40 hours per week, paying $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility. Interns will shadow district managers, learn store operations, and develop presentations for executives.

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business or related field and are expected to participate in trainings, perform administrative tasks, and assist with inventory and store openings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager to learn core store operations.
• Prepare a presentation and a report on an operational area for ALDI executives.
• Participate in customer walks and store tours while learning the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid.
• Assist with payroll, invoices, interviews and orientations.
• Contribute to inventory, store resets, and potential grand openings.
