Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training to develop leadership and drive club performance across key departments. The role prepares individuals for higher-level management positions through focused development, on-the-job coaching, and cross-department exposure.

In addition to leading teams, the AMIT will oversee audit compliance, partner collaboration, and training to ensure policy adherence and excellent member service.
