DIG INN Restaurant Teams is seeking a Chef-in-Training in Boston, MA. You will work in our scratch-based kitchen, learning to prep, cook, and plate dishes while developing leadership skills in a fast-paced culinary environment.

You will rotate through stations, engage guests with menu knowledge, and contribute to a team focused on real food, education, and purpose. The role includes tips and benefits within a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains etc using recipes as a guide and taste buds for validation.
• Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout.
• Speak to guests about current menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to provide a delicious scratch-made meal.
