VIP is seeking a Manager-in-Training in Keene, NH to learn our culture and management processes while preparing to lead a team and ensure safe, compliant operations. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience by executing VIP programs and standards.

The M.I.T. will develop and coach associates, manage scheduling and communications, and participate in safety, training, and quality assurance activities to support location performance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow all safety policies.
• Learn VIP management processes to lead a team and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Hire and develop associates, ensure LMS and vendor trainings completed, and authenticate ASE certifications.
• Schedule the team to meet customers' needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate effectively with the team through daily huddles and store meetings.
• Train and support the 5 for 5 process to educate customers and propose solutions.
• Distribute work orders to technicians following first-available policy.
• Attend off-site meetings and training sessions as needed.
