Job summary

Qualifications

• Must learn VIP safety policies and procedures.
• Learn VIP processes for team leadership.
• Develop staff through coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and report hazards.
• 2. Learn VIP’s leadership approach to build an extraordinary team.
• 3. Hire, develop, and coach store associates with LMS and vendor training.
• 4. Schedule staff to cover all hours of operation.
• 5. Communicate daily with the team through huddles and meetings.
• 6. Train and deliver the 5 for 5 process to educate customers about vehicle conditions and solutions.
• 7. Oversee dispatching of work orders and ensure proper service by qualified technicians.
• 8. Attend off-site training sessions as needed.
