Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Learn VIP’s process to build an extraordinary team delivering a superior customer experience.
• Hire the best associates and develop a high-performing team.
• Schedule the team to cover all hours of operation and meet customer needs.
• Train and coach associates on LMS and vendor trainings; pursue ASE certifications.
• Oversee dispatching of work orders to technicians using first-available guideline.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and service area maintain cleanliness and readiness.
• Enforce compliance with the Code of Ethics and all regulations.
• Coordinate communication with management and act as policy administrator at location.
