VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Manager-in-Training (MIT) in New Hampshire to learn VIP’s culture and management processes and to lead a team for excellent customer service. The MIT will ensure safety compliance, execute VIP programs, and drive results through the team.

The role focuses on building an extraordinary team, mastering store operations, coordinating schedules, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while adhering to policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and report unsafe conditions.
• Learn VIP processes and leadership to build an Extraordinary Team.
• Schedule the team to meet customers' needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate with the team via daily huddles and store meetings.
• Train and support associates, coaching sessions, and ASE certifications.
