Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide information about amenities.
• Assist with reservations, transportation, and local attractions.
• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain the concierge desk and lobby area.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management software

Education
